Terms of Payment

For our Pre-construction and Planning Services, our terms is as follows:

     1. 10 % - Down Payment upon signing the agreement.

     2. 30 % - 2nd Payment upon submission of final design.

     3. 50 % - 3rd Payment upon completion of all working drawings (signed and sealed).

     4. 10 % - Final Payment upon rendering all services within the agreement.
